Support for business digitalization
Digitalization means any IT solutions, equipment or machinery for your company that help automate one or more business processes—such as sales, accounting, marketing, warehouse operations, security, production, logistics, and more. This includes creating online stores, developing applications, automated devices and their software, payment systems, customer management systems, various digital maps, booking systems, and many other digital solutions for business.
Recipients of Support
  • Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, including branches of foreign legal entities, farms, and cooperative societies;
  • Small mid-cap companies;
  • Mid-cap companies;
  • Associations and foundations engaged in economic activity that unite at least three enterprises.

Amount of Support
  • €10,000 for the implementation of digital solutions;
  • €200,000 for the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions;
  • €10,000 for receiving a Roadmap, Digital Maturity Test, or EDIC opinion.
Digitalization includes any IT solutions that automate a company’s business processes, including the purchase of equipment or machinery.

Intensity of Support
  • 50% support for micro and small enterprises;
  • 40% support for medium-sized enterprises;
  • 30% support for small mid-cap and mid-cap companies.

Eligible Costs for Digital Solutions
  • Costs of ready-made solutions, hardware, sensors, equipment, software, and IT infrastructure, including installation, customization, and related consulting;
  • Costs of developing new solutions;
  • Costs of acquiring or subscribing to licenses and certifications (directly related to improving a specific business process);
  • Consulting costs for specific equipment, software, and solutions (the grant portion for consulting may not exceed the grant portion allocated to the solution itself).
  • Installation of hardware, sensors, and IT infrastructure is eligible, provided ownership is not transferred outside the project implementation site.

Eligible Costs for AI Solutions
  • Costs of ready-made solutions, hardware, sensors, equipment, software, and IT infrastructure, including installation, customization, and related consulting;
  • Costs of acquiring or subscribing to licenses and certifications;
  • Costs of AI solutions, including hardware, sensors, equipment, software, IT infrastructure, installation, customization, and related consulting;
  • Costs of acquiring or subscribing to AI solution licenses and certifications;
  • Costs of implementing AI-based robotics;
  • Costs of AI data acquisition, aggregation, and processing;
  • Costs of maintaining AI infrastructure;
  • Costs of developing and implementing AI tools and solutions that foster production and service development;
  • Costs of AI solutions aimed at strengthening cybersecurity, automating processes, increasing efficiency, developing new products, and improving and accelerating customer service, including related consulting.

  • Administrative processes – finance and accounting, administration, document management, project management, collaboration, system interoperability;
  • Human resource management – HR, time tracking, work delegation, employee engagement, evaluation, and motivation;
  • Sales processes – client acquisition and deal management automation, sales and deal tracking, e-commerce, digital marketing, digital retail solutions, customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Resource management processes – resource management (ERP, warehouse management systems), energy resource management, efficient usage;
  • Data management processes – data security, storage, communication infrastructure;
  • Transport and logistics processes – Internet of Things (IoT), smart mobility solutions, perception systems, traffic monitoring;
  • Production and quality control processes – production and business process management and automation, quality control systems, data synchronization, data analytics;
  • Operational management processes – business management, business analytics, big data analytics, solutions for decision-making, data automation, synchronization;
  • Strategic management – strategies for digitalization (processes and products) and innovation development;
  • Other improvements related to ICT products, technologies, security, or processes.
